Perseus and Medusa.

Above, my best photograph of one of my juvenile oil paintings, at least 5 feet high, depicting Perseus holding the Medusa's head, and scattering his enemies, or rather those not already petrified. This reproduction gives some idea of the size of the canvas. The painting was produced from imagination, without models, with mixed results: for instance, the figure lying down in the extreme foreground never looks right, no matter how many times I look at it. The original is rolled up in my loft in E17, and must be encrusted with dust and dirt by now, since this painting is nearly twenty years old, and I have not seen it for many years.

exhibiting at Inky-Cuttlefish.

The Walthamstow Art- Trail is now well under-way. My paintings are on display at Inky-Cuttlefish studios ( no. 7 on the trail ) . They are mostly at the back of the building, past Rachel's dark-room, and by the fire-exit. They are all for sale, for £100 or less. The landscape pictured below is one of those on display, along with more abstract works.
